Euphoria Sales Partners sees the complexity of the problem. 

On one hand, you have a healthcare system in need of innovation yet with the strain on Health Human Resources, it’s difficult for these healthcare systems to prioritize projects let alone evaluate each of the available technologies in a timely manner. On the other hand, you have emergent technology providers that struggle to break through to find interested buyers and even when they do, they may not be experienced in how to navigate the buying process. 

Understanding that time is a precious commodity, Euphoria Sales Partners does the homework first. We find the healthcare systems that are in need of the solutions we represent. Euphoria then engages our network of healthcare leaders, with whom we have a trusted relationship built on previous shared success. We maximize their time by sharing multiple solution providers in one session but only the ones that we know address their priorities. Healthcare leaders are able to quickly identify suitable solution partners and those solution partners begin an engagement in a fraction of the time. Winning, amplified.

  2. help those same healthcare leaders to navigate the available options to find solutions to common, yet complex, problems.

Managing Director

Drew Lenardon

Drew is a board member and a healthcare services executive with over 25 years of experience in leading, innovating and transforming. 

Drew’s background is diverse having worked in healthtech, pharmacy, patient engagement, information security and telecom after starting his career in retail. These days, Drew focuses his energies on healthcare solutions that address unmet needs and improve health outcomes.

As a board member of one of Ontario’s largest and most innovative long term care homes, Drew contributes to the foundation’s strategic vision, financial oversight and fundraising initiatives.

As a healthcare solutions consultant, Drew curates and represents clients that have timely, quality, and emergent healthcare solutions and helps them connect with customers and partners in the healthcare sector.
